Adding more recipients to your ongoing automated order can be done in your Automation order dashboard. 

If your Automations are already integrated with your HRIS/ATS system you don't need to add recipients manually to your Automation's orders, as the recipient list will be updated as long as your HRIS/ATS system is also updated.

If your Automations are not yet integrated with an HRIS/ATS system and you need to add recipients manually, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions to Add Recipients Manually

Log In to Your Account

• Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account
  
  

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Select the Automation You Want to Edit

• • Locate the automation you want to update.

  • Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.

Select your Order

• Scroll down to find the specific order number you wish to edit.
• On the right side of the order, click "VIEW ORDER."

Add Recipients

• In the order dashboard, click the 'ADD RECIPIENTS' button.

Enter Email Addresses

• Input the new email addresses and click 'NEXT'.

Set Email Schedule

• Decide when to send the invitation email.
• After selecting an option, click NEXT to proceed.

Select Payment Method

• Select or add a payment method. The previously used payment method for the order is automatically selected here.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Finalize Payment

• Click 'PAY NOW' to complete the payment process.

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear, and a child window will allow you to download the invoice. Click 'DONE' to close this window.

Verify Recipients

• Go back to the automation's order dashboard, click on the 'RECIPIENTS' section, then select 'NOT REDEEMED' to see the updated recipient list.
