Easily access and download automated order reports on Stadium to track progress, manage recipient details, and analyze your order's performance. Whether you're overseeing multiple orders or need insights on a single transaction, Stadium makes reporting simple and efficient.

Steps to Download the Report of Your Automation Orders:

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Select the Automation

• Locate the automation that contains the order you want to edit.
• Click on the automation to open the Automation Dashboard.

Downloading Reports

You can choose to download a report for all orders in an automation or a specific order.

Download A Report For All Orders In Your Automation:

• In the Automation Dashboard, locate and click the REPORT button.

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.

• Click Download to generate and retrieve your report.

Download A Report For A Specific Order In Your Automation:

View Order:

• Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
• Click on the order number to go to the order details page.

Initiate Order Report Download

• In the Order Details page, click on the three-dot menu to reveal more options.
• Select Download Order Report.
  • Alternatively, go to the Recipients section and click the REPORT button

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.
