Here's the step-by-step guide on how to delete users from your recognition program:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Recognition Program:

• Go to the "Sender" section and click on "Peer-to-Peer Recognition Programs."
  
  
• Alternatively, you can go directly to the P2P Recognition feed by clicking this link:https://app.bystadium.com/recognition.

Accessing User Management

• Click the gear icon to access the program settings.
  
  
  
  
• Click on the "USERS" option.
  
  

Removing Users

There are two methods to remove users from the peer-to-peer recognition program:

Method 1: Remove Selected

• Click the checkbox next to the email addresses of the users you want to remove.
• Click the "REMOVE SELECTED" button.
  
  

Method 2: Trash Icon

• Locate the user you want to remove then click on the trash icon next to their email address.
  
  
  
  Note: If the user has already distributed some or all of their kudos, the trash icon will be grayed out. If you still wish to remove the user, you can use the "REMOVE SELECTED" button instead.

Confirmation

A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the removal. Click "YES, REMOVE" to proceed with the removal.

When deleting a user, any unused kudos will be returned to your balance for the next cycle. For example, if a user received 100 kudos for the current cycle and has already sent out 10 kudos, deleting them will return the remaining 90 kudos to your balance for the next cycle.
