If you’re wondering how to resume your Stadium order, continue checkout on Stadium, or complete an incomplete Stadium gift redemption, this guide is for you. Whether you were redeeming a gift, placing your own order, or using shop points, this article ensures you can quickly finalize your order without losing any progress.

Here Is the Step-By-Step Guide on How to Complete Your Ongoing or Incomplete Order:

Log in to Your Stadium Account:

• Go to the Stadium website and log in using your credentials.
  
  

Access Funds Page:

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

• Navigate to the Funds page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Funds & Gifts." to access your funds and gifts details.
    
    

Navigate to Spend & Redeem:

• • On the Spend & Redeem Section, you are going to see all gifts that you have not redeemed yet. Whether it's a SnackMagic Gift or a Shop gift order.

  

   

  
  View the Redeemed Shop Points

  • After you have redeemed the shop points, scroll down to see all the shops where you received gifts and the available shop points of shop credits you have left from that shop.

   

  

Find Your Ongoing Order:

• On the  Funds page, look for the shop where you started your order.
• Click SHOP NOW to go to the shop's menu page.
  
  

Access Your Shopping Bag:

• At the top right corner, click the Bag Icon. If there are items from your previous order attempt, the bag will show a count of these items.
  
  

Review Your Items and Proceed to Checkout

• In the shopping bag, review the items you previously added.
• You can add more items, adjust quantities, remove items, or reset the order by deleting all items and starting over.
• Once you're satisfied with the items in your bag, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
  
  

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• Set up your shipping address.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Peace of Mind Protection (Optional)

• Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Choose or Add Your Payment Method 

• At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options. To redeem your Shop Points, simply select "Shop Points/ Shop Credits" as your preferred payment method.
• However, if you are not redeeming a gift, you can choose or add another payment method, such as Stadium Points, My Wallet, or Card.
• Once the payment method is added or selected, click on "CONTINUE."

Add Billing Note (Optional)

• Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.
• Click SAVE.

Finalize Your Order

• Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
  

Confirmation:

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
