This guide will help you navigate the process of using your redeemed points or credits to make a purchase. Follow the steps below to enjoy your shopping experience with your Stadium account.

Here's the process on How to Place an Order Using Redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits

 

Log In to Your Stadium Account:

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

 

Access Funds Page:

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

• Navigate to the Funds page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Funds & Gifts." to access your funds and gifts details.
    
    

 

View Your Points:

• On the My Funds page, you are going to see your total MY STADIUM POINTS, SHOP POINTS, WALLET CREDITS, and KUDOS points

 

 

 

• On the Spend & Redeem Section, you are going to see all gifts that you have not redeemed yet. Whether it's a SnackMagic Gift or a Shop gift order.

 

View the Redeemed Shop Points

• After you have redeemed the shop points, scroll down to see all the shops where you received gifts and the available shop points of shop credits you have left from that shop.

 

 

• You will also see the Stadium Gift Shop available in your account, where you can order items by paying via card, My Stadium Points, or Stadium Wallet credits.

 

 

 

• Click on the SHOP NOW  button on the shop you've chosen to start shopping! When redeeming a gift, choose a shop where it shows that you have points left.

 

Explore the Menu:

• After clicking the SHOP NOW button, you will be redirected to the Shops' Menu Page.

• To view the shop points available gifted to you just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.

 

 

Add Items to Your Cart:

• Click on the desired product to view its description.

 

 

• If you want to purchase the item, click the ADD TO BAG button to include it in your order.

 

 

View Bag and Checkout:

• A small page will pop up with VIEW BAG and CHECKOUT options.
• Clicking View Bag will give you an overview of your order. You can Continue Shopping, Add or Remove Items from the bag, or Proceed To Checkout.

 

 

Review and Pay:

• Click the Checkout button to go to the checkout page.

 

 

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• Set up your shipping address and click CONTINUE PAYMENT.

 

• Choose Shop Points/Credits as Your Payment Method 

  • At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options. To redeem your Shop Points, simply select "Shop Points/ Shop Credits" as your preferred payment method.
    
    
  • Add a billing note (optional).
    
    
  • Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
    
    
  • Click on the "REVIEW AND PAY" button after choosing your payment method.

   

  

   

   

  Finalize Your Order

  • Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
    

   

  

   

   

   

Confirmation:

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
  
  

 

Congratulations! You have successfully used your redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits to place your order. Sit back, relax, and await the arrival of your chosen items. Enjoy!
