The Priceless Shop experience allows recipients to redeem gifts selected by senders. This guide will walk you through the process of redeeming your gift, from accessing the invitation to placing your order.
Accessing Your Gift
If you received an invitation email:
- Click the REDEEM ITEMS button
- You may also copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar
If you already have an existing account:
- Log into your bystadium.com account
- In your home dashboard, navigate to the REDEEM section. Here, you will find your treat, which will display the sender and the number of items to redeem.
- Click on the "REDEEM" button in the tile.
Redeeming Your Gift
- A pop-up page will then appear, prompting you to confirm your email address and select your country.
- Click the 'REDEEM ITEMS' button once everything is correct.
Sending a Thank You Message (optional)
- Enter a thank-you message for the sender.
- You may add an emoji and/or sticker.
- Click PREVIEW MESSAGE to review your message.
- Click SEND to share your thanks with the sender.
Selecting Your Items
- You'll be redirected to the Priceless Shop
- Note the Priceless Cart in the top right corner, showing items selected out of the total available
3. Browse the shop and add items to your cart
4. Continue adding items until you reach the specified limit (e.g., 3 items)

- The progress bar will update as you add items

- You cannot check out without reaching the item limit
- If you exceed the item limit:
- A message will appear indicating you've selected too many items
- The checkout button will be disabled
- Remove excess items to proceed
5. Once you've reached the correct number of items:
- A message will confirm you can proceed to checkout
- Click the "CHECKOUT" button to continue
Completing Your Order
- Select or Edit your shipping address
- Add a new address if necessary
- Review your list of selected items
- Click "PLACE ORDER" to finalize your selection
Order Confirmation
- You'll see a confirmation message stating your order will be shipped once approved by the sender
- You can review your item list again and, if necessary, modify or cancel your order by clicking the 'Edit Order' link. Please note that changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Wait for the sender to approve your order
Order Tracking
- You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
- You can also track your orders through your dashboard by clicking on "Recipient" and then selecting "Order Tracking" from the dropdown menu.
Important Notes
- Order Approval: Please be aware that your order will require approval from your gift sender after you have made your selections.
- Approval Status: It will display as 'Pending Approval' if not yet approved, and change to 'Processing' once approved.
- Approved Order: Your order will be fulfilled only after it has been approved by the gift sender. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
