If you started placing an order but didn't complete the checkout process, don't worry! You can easily resume your order and finish where you left off. Follow these simple steps to complete your ongoing order.
Log in to Your Stadium Account:
- Go to the Stadium website and log in using your credentials.
Navigate to Spend & Redeem:
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Recipient option at the top of the homepage.
- Select Redeem Gift from the menu options.
Find Your Ongoing Order:
- On the My Funds page, look for the shop where you started your order.
- Click SHOP NOW to go to the shop's menu page.
Access Your Shopping Bag:
- At the top right corner, click the Bag Icon. If there are items from your previous order attempt, the bag will show a count of these items.
Review Your Items:
- In the shopping bag, review the items you previously added.
- You can add more items, adjust quantities, remove items, or reset the order by deleting all items and starting over.
- Once you're satisfied with the items in your bag, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
Proceed to Checkout:
- Enter your shipping address and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
Finalize Your Order:
- On the final confirmation page, review all details of your order.
- If everything looks correct, click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.
You will then be routed to a confirmation page where your unique order number will be provided. Congratulations! 🥳 Your order is successfully placed.
By following these steps, you can easily resume and complete your order, ensuring you don't miss out on any items you want to purchase.
