Managing your Peer-To-Peer Recognition Program's recipient list is a straightforward process that can be done in your program's settings. If you need to update or edit a recipient's email address, remove the incorrect email first and then add the correct one.
Important Notes:
- You can only remove a recipient if they have not redeemed their points/kudos or received any kudos points previously.
- If the old email address is already associated with an account in our system and has received kudos points in the past, those points will not automatically transfer to the new email address.
In such cases, please contact our customer support team to request an account transfer. This ensures that all previously accumulated points are transferred to the recipient's new account.
