When a user in your Peer-To-Peer program leaves your company and you need to remove them from your Peer-To-Peer recognition program, all unused kudos will revert to the program's account owner and be recycled at the end of each cycle.
If you removed a user from your program, follow these steps to ensure unused kudos are properly returned.

Contact Support for Returns:
- If you have removed a user from your program, email us at hi@bystadium.com.
- Our team will process the return for the unused kudos from the users you are removing.

Kudos Already Received:
- Please note that any kudos a user receives before leaving the company or being removed from your program will remain in their account. These kudos are not subject to returns or recycling unless the user is barred access via removal from SSO (Single Sign-On), assuming your company uses SSO with Stadium.
