When it’s time to redeem a treat or shop credit through Stadium, knowing where your gift invitation email comes from is key. Whether your organizer chooses to send it personally or through Stadium’s automated system, we make sure it's easy to recognize and act on. Read below to learn exactly what to look for in your inbox so you can enjoy your gift hassle-free.
📨 Who Sends the Gift Invitation Email?
There are two ways recipients may receive their gift invitation email:
✉️ Option 1: Sent Directly by the Gift Sender
- If the gift organizer chooses to send the invitation personally (outside the Stadium system), you’ll receive the email directly from their email address. This might be your manager, HR, or a team leader — someone you already know within your company or team.
🤖 Option 2: Sent Automatically via Stadium
- If the gift sender uses Stadium’s automated email feature, the invitation will be sent from this official address: hi@bystadium-mail.com
- Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for emails from this address.
🎁 What to Do When You Receive the Email
Once you receive the email — no matter the sender — simply click the link inside to redeem your Stadium Points or choose your gift. The process is secure and only takes a few clicks.
