Steps on Tracking Recipient Orders
Step-by-Step Guide on Tracking Recipient Orders
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the orders were placed.
Access from the Shops Order Details Page
If you have a shop order, you can track recipients directly from the Shop’s Order Details page.
How to Access Shop Orders and Tracking
- In the sidebar menu, click Shops to view your shop orders.

For company Workspace users:
- If you have permission to access other shops, use the “OWNED BY” filter to view shops created by other users in your Workspace.
- Select the Live Shop you want to access.
- On the Shops Dashboard, click SENT GIFTS, locate the order you want to track, and click VIEW ORDER.

For Workspace users with permissions:
- Use the “Owned By” filter to view gift orders created by other users.
- From the order page, click View Order Tracking to see recipient updates.
This allows you to easily monitor gift redemptions and track orders in real time.
Access from the Kits Order Details Page
For Kits & Send Items orders, you can track recipients directly from the Kit’s Order Details page.
How to Access Kit Orders and Tracking
- In the sidebar menu, click Kits & Items to view your kit orders.

For company Workspace users:
- If you have permission to access other kits, use the “Owned By” filter to view kits created by other users in your Workspace.
- Select the Live Kit you want to access.
- On the Kits Dashboard, click Sent Gifts, locate the order you want to track, and click View Order.

For Workspace users with permissions:
- Use the “Owned By” filter to view gift orders created by other users.
- From the order page, click View Order Tracking to see recipient updates.
This process makes it easy to monitor kit redemptions and track all orders in one place.
Access from the Automated Gifting Order Details Page
For automated orders, you can track recipients directly from the automation’s Order Details page.
How to Access Automated Orders and Tracking
- In the sidebar menu, click Automated Gifting to view your automated orders.

For company Workspace users:
- If you have permission to access other automations, use the “Owned By” filter to view automations created by other users in your Workspace.
- Select the Live Automation you want to access.
- On the Automation Order Dashboard, locate the order you want to track, and click on the order number.
- From the order details page, click View Order Tracking to see recipient updates.
This allows you to easily monitor automated gifting orders and track redemptions in real time.
Access from the My Orders Page
Navigate to the Orders Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to Orders
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Steps on Tracking Recipient Orders
- Once you are on the My Orders page, click on RECIPIENT ORDER TRACKING to see all recipient order details.
- Easily check the status on the order details page.
- To learn more about the meaning of each status, you may read our article "Understanding My Orders Statuses"
- Use the search bar to find a specific recipient order. You may search using their order number or email address.
- Use the Filter to narrow down the choices. You can filter if it's a Kits & Sent Items order, a Shops order, a SnackMagic Order, or a Surprise Order.
- If you want to check a specific order and its tracking details, click on TRACKING to see specific tracking details for your recipient's order.
- Selecting TRACKING will route you to a page where the tracking details and delivery status of each item that your recipient ordered are shown.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and track your recipient orders, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery process.
