This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help organizers easily check the delivery status of their recipients' orders through the My Orders Dashboard. 

Step-by-Step Guide on Tracking Recipient Orders

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to My Orders Page

There are four ways to access your My Orders page:

Navigation Bar Drop-Down

• Once logged in, click the drop-down arrow next to your account name and select My Orders.

Shops Order Details Page

• If you have a shop order, you can access recipient tracking through the shop's order details page.
• Here's how:
  • Click on the Sender button, then click My Shops.
  • Select the LIVE shop you wish to access.
  • On the Shops Dashboard, click on SENT GIFTS and then locate the order you wish to check, and click on VIEW ORDER.
  • From the orders page, click VIEW ORDER TRACKING.

Kits Order Details Page

• For Kits orders, access the tracking details on the kit's order details page.
• Here's how:
  • Click on the Sender button, then click Kits & Sent Items.
  • Select the LIVE Kit you wish to access.
  • On the Kits Dashboard, click on SENT GIFTS and then locate the order you wish to check, and click on VIEW ORDER.
  • From the orders page, click VIEW ORDER TRACKING.

Campaigns Order Details Page

• For campaign orders, access tracking details on the campaign's order details page.
• Here's how:
  • Click on the Sender button, then click Campaigns.
  • Select the LIVE Campaign you wish to access.
  • On the Campaigns Order Dashboard, locate the order you wish to check, and click on VIEW ORDER.
  • From the order details page, click VIEW ORDER TRACKING.

Tracking Recipient Orders

• Once you are on the My Orders page, click on RECIPIENT ORDER TRACKING to see all recipient order details.

• Easily check the status on the order details page.

• Use the search bar to find a specific recipient order, you search using their order number or email address.
• Use the Filter to narrow down the choices. You can filter if it's a Kits & Sent Items order, Shops order, SnackMagic Order, or a Surprise Order.
  
  
• If you want to check a specific order and its tracking details, click on VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING to see specific tracking details for your recipient's order.

• Selecting VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING will route you to a page where the tracking details and delivery status of each item that your recipient ordered are shown.
