Need to generate a report for a specific shop order on Stadium? Whether you’re tracking gift deliveries, managing recipient details, or keeping records, downloading an order report is quick and easy. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of accessing your shop, locating your order, and generating a downloadable report.

Step-by-step guide on How to download a report for a specific shop order:

Access Your Account

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Access the Sent Gifts Tab & Locate Your Order

• In the shop’s dashboard, go to the SENT GIFTS tab.

• Locate the order number of the gift order you need.

• Click on the VIEW ORDER button to access the order details page.

Initiate Order Report Download

• In the Order Details page, click on the three-dot menu to reveal more options.

• Select Download Order Report.

  • Alternatively, go to the Recipients section and click the REPORT button

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.
  
  

• Click Download to generate and retrieve your report.
