Once Swag items are added to your Swag Locker, there is currently no option to remove them from your inventory. This design choice is intended to maintain the integrity of your Swag history and ensure that all items you’ve ordered or sent to us remain a part of your record. 

However, draft swag items can still be deleted.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to delete a drafted swag from your swag locker. 

Log In to Your Account

• Open your web browser and visit bystadium.com.
• Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click “Log In.”

Navigate to the "Sender" tab.

• After logging in, locate the "Sender" tab on the top navigation bar of the homepage.
• Within the "Sender" tab, find and click on “My Swag.”
• This will take you to your Swag Locker, where you can view all your Swag items, including drafts.

Go to the "Inventory" tab.

• Here, you will see a list of all items in your Swag Locker, including drafted items.

Find and Delete the Drafted Swag

• Scroll through the list to locate the drafted swag item you wish to remove.
• Once you find the draft item, click the “Trash” icon next to it. This icon typically looks like a small bin or trash can.

Confirmation

• Click "YES, DELETE" to ensure the item is removed from your inventory.
• After deleting the draft swag, the item will be removed from your Swag Locker.

You're all set! You have now removed the draft swag from your locker!
