Need to approve or request changes for your swag mockups? With Stadium, you can review, approve, or request changes to your mockups with ease.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Approving or Requesting Changes on Mockups via the Swag Page

 

Log in to Your Stadium Account

• Login to the Stadium website.

 

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Swag page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

 

 

 

 

• For bulk orders, you will see a corresponding order number in that collection.
• Look for collections marked "MOCK-UPS READY" to identify designs that need approval.

 

 

Review Your Mockups

 

To check the appearance of each item,

• Click on an item photo to open the Item Details Page.
• Hover your mouse over the mockup to zoom in and review specific design details.
• Check additional item details, such as color and description.

 

 

 

Approving Your Swag Mockups

 

If you’re happy with the design, follow these steps:

1. • Click APPROVE DESIGN on the item’s details page.

 

 

• To approve all items in the order at once, click APPROVE DESIGN on the SAVED DESIGNS tab.

 

 

 

 

Requesting Changes to Your Swag Mockups

 

If you need modifications, follow these steps:

 

 Submit a Change Request

• Click REQUEST CHANGES on the item’s details page or the SAVED DESIGNS tab.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Request Changes via Pastel Dashboard

•  You will be routed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the changes you wish to request for your free mockups.
• Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you will still see all items in the pastel link like the one in the example below.
   
  • Enter Name and Email: Make sure you enter your name and email address.

 

• • Find Product: Locate the product you wish to update, click on it, and enter your comments. Click 'POST COMMENT' to submit.

Complete Review Process

• If you are finished leaving comments for the products you wish to update, click on FINISH REVIEW.

 

 

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize the submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may also add additional comments before clicking on Submit Review to complete the submission.
  
  

 

 

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will show up on the bottom left corner of the screen.

 

•  If you wish to request more changes after the submission just click on Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and then click the link Add another review.

 

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, Stadium's design team will review and update the free mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mockups of the products you requested changes for.
