☰ Step-by-Step Guide on How to Approve Your Swag Mockups

🗝️ Access Your Pending Mockups

There are three ways to access your pending mockups on your Swag page.

Via Email from the Swag Design Team

• Open the email sent by Stadium's Swag Design Team. 
• Click the APPROVE ITEMS button in the email. 
• This will automatically route you to the Swag page, where you can review and manage all mockups awaiting your approval.

Via the Branded Swag Tab in Your Shop

• Click the left-facing arrow (←) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu. 
• From the sidebar, click Shops to open your Shop page.
• Select the specific shop you'd like to access.

• Once you're on the Shop dashboard, you'll automatically land on the BRANDED SWAG tab.
• Under the SAVED DESIGNS section, you'll see a Notification Banner showing how many mockups need your approval
• Click the My Swag link to proceed to the Swag page. This will route you to the All Products tab.

Via Swag Page

• Click the left-facing arrow (←) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
• From the sidebar, click Swag to open your Swag page.
• You'll automatically land on the All Products tab.

🔎 Review and Approve Your Mockup

• On the All Products tab, make sure the View by Collection option is selected so you can easily view all mockups currently awaiting your approval.
• Scroll through the collections and look for those with the Mockups Ready status, then select the collection you'd like to review.
• To open a product, you have two options:
  • Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the product thumbnail and select View Product.
  • Or simply click on the product image to open the Item Details page directly.
• On the Item Details page, hover your mouse over the mockup image to zoom in and closely review the design details.
• On the right side of the page, review the additional product information, including:
  • Selected color 
  • Product description 
  • Item details

Note: The product description may also include information about materials, sizing notes, or possible measurement variations in the actual garment.

• If everything looks good, click the APPROVE DESIGNS button.

• On the confirmation pop-up, click YES, APPROVE DESIGNS to confirm.

• Once approved, you can return to your Swag page. The collection will remain visible in the list, and its status will update from MOCK-UPS READY to DESIGN READY.

👀 Track Your Order After Approval

If you've approved a mockup for a lead order, your order will automatically move into production once the approval is completed. To track the progress of your order, refer to the article: 👉 Where to Track Your Orders

❌ Not Satisfied with the Design?
