Managing your shop gift order as a guest user or non-admin is easy with Stadium. If you’ve sent a gift through a company shop but don’t have admin access, you can still track, edit, and manage your order through your account.
Step-by-step guide on how you can manage your shop gift order as a guest user or non-admin
Log In to Your Stadium Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Orders Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Orders page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Locate Your Gift Order
On the Orders dashboard, click SENT GIFTS.
Use the Search Bar if you have the Order Number, or scroll to find the order.
Click MANAGE ORDER to open the order details page.
Manage Your Gift Order
On the order details page, you can:
Edit the Order Name – Rename your gift order for better tracking.
Edit Recipient Message – Update the message that recipients will see.
View Recipient Tracking – Check the status of gift redemptions.
Copy Invite Link or Download QR Code – Resend invitations to recipients.
Check and Manage Thank You Messages – View, edit, or disable thank-you messages.
Download the Invoice – Get a copy of your order invoice.
Download the Recipient Report – Access a report of all recipients and their redemption status.
Add or Remove Recipients – Modify your recipient list as needed.
Expire the Order – Close the gift order if it’s no longer needed.
