2. Visual Mockups for Approval — Posted to Your Account
- Once you approve the products, request mockups directly through the catalog! These designs will be uploaded to your Stadium account, so you can easily review and approve them in one place — no messy email threads required.
3. Simplified Checkout — No Manual Invoicing
- When you’re ready, simply add your approved mockups to your cart and check out! This eliminates manual purchase orders and speeds up order processing.

4. Order Processing & Communication
- After you’ve placed your order, our Operations team will take over. They’ll handle proof approval, production, shipping, and logistics. They will reach out to you directly once you place your order.

Once you’ve ordered an item through Stadium, it will automatically be saved in your Saved Designs & Inventory [when shipping to our warehouse] pages.
From there, you can:

- Split Shipments? Notify your rep ASAP.
- Shipping to Our Warehouse for kitting? Select “Stadium Warehouse” as the shipping address during checkout.
