Make your shop stand out by effortlessly managing your swag inventory! With Stadium's Locker Inventory, you can easily add branded swag items to your shop catalog or remove them as needed. Whether you’re setting up a new shop or updating your product selection, this step-by-step guide ensures a seamless process.

Step-by-Step Guide: Managing Swag Items in Your Shop
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the shop is created.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Access Your Live Shops
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops.
Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
Navigate to Locker Inventory
- On the shop's dashboard, go to the BRANDED SWAG tab
- Click on LOCKER INVENTORY
Access other Lockers (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you'll also be able to use the locker items created by other users in the company Workspace.
Checking Swag Status & Availability
Click the drop-down arrow next to swag items in your Locker Inventory.
Review the item status to check if they are in stock, in transit, or out of stock.
⚠️Note: You can enable items in your shop even if they are in transit or low in stock. However, shipping time may be affected if the items are still not in the Stadium Warehouse.
- If you have a lot of items in your Swag Locker, click the three dots to show more options, then click on View All Products
- Alternatively, you can click the VIEW ALL link
Adding All Locker Items in Your Shop
Click the drop-down arrow next to the three dots to expand and view all swag items.
Click "Enable All" to add all items in your Locker Inventory to your Shop's catalog.
- A pop-up confirmation will appear, and the status of the "eye" icons will also change to visible.
Adding A Specific Swag Item
Locate the swag item you want to add.
Click on the eye icon with a slash to enable the item.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Toggle the Enable Product switch to green.
- If the item has multiple color options, you can choose specific colors to enable.
- Click "SAVE." to finalize changes.
- You’ll receive a confirmation notification in the top-right corner, and the eye icon will now be enabled (👁️).
Removing A Specific Swag Item
Remove the Item
Locate the swag item you want to remove.
Click on the eye icon (👁️) to disable the item.
A pop-up window will appear. Toggle the Enable Product switch off.
- Click "SAVE" to confirm removal.
- After successful removal, a notification will appear in the top-right corner, and the eye icon on the item will be crossed out.
Removing All Swag Locker Items in Your Shop
- Click the three dots associated with your locker items to view more options
- Select "REMOVE ALL FROM SHOP CATALOG."
Remove All Swag Locker Items
- A pop-up will appear; click "YES, REMOVE" to confirm the removal.
- After the swag items are removed, a notification will appear in the top-right corner.
- Once removed, all items will display a crossed-out eye icon, indicating they are no longer in the catalog.
