Keeping track of your recipients’ appreciation is easy when you download their Thank You Messages from your Stadium Shop orders. By accessing and saving these messages, you can maintain a record of feedback, track engagement, and showcase the impact of your gifting efforts. This step-by-step guide explains how to view, manage, and download thank you messages from your Stadium Shop orders, helping you streamline communication and keep a digital record of all recipient responses.
Follow this step-by-step guide to view and download the messages from your Stadium Shop orders:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where your shop is created.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Access Your Live Shops
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops.
Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
Access the Sent Gifts Tab
- From your shop's dashboard, navigate to SENT GIFTS.
Filter Orders by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shop orders, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shop orders created by other users in your company Workspace.

Go To Order Details Page
- Within the selected shop, find the "SENT GIFTS" area.
- Click on "VIEW ORDER" for the particular order you wish to modify.
View Thank You Messages
There are two ways to access the Thank You Messages in your Shop order.
Option 1: Open via Message Icon
- In the order details page, click on the message icon
Option 2: Open via 'Thank you message' Settings
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the three dots and then select Settings.
- Click on the View Messages option found in the right corner.
Download Thank You Messages
- On the Thank You Messages page, scroll through the messages from your recipients.
- To download the messages, click on the DOWNLOAD button.
