Removing a recipient/s from your shop order's recipient list can be done via your shop's order dashboard. Please note that the option to remove a recipient from your shop's order is only possible if they have not redeemed the points yet.
Steps guide on how to remove a recipient from your shop's order
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under the My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then select the specific shop you want to access.
Access the SENT GIFTS Tab
- Within the shop's dashboard, navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab and click on the order you wish to edit.
Remove Recipients
Navigate to Unredeemed Recipients
- Click on the NOT REDEEMED option to display the list of recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits.
Select Recipients to Remove
- Tick the checkbox next to the email address of the recipient(s) you want to remove. You can select multiple recipients if applicable. Afterward, click on the REMOVE SELECTED button.
- You may also click on the REMOVE button to delete individual recipients
- To remove all recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits, click REMOVE ALL instead of selecting individual recipients.
Confirm Removal
- A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click YES, REMOVE to proceed.
Completion Message
- Once the process is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the recipient(s) have been successfully removed from the order
- The list of recipients under "NOT REDEEMED" will also be updated
