Keeping track of your recipients' gift redemption status is essential for managing your shop efficiently. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step process to monitor whether recipients have redeemed their gifts in your Stadium Shop.
Step-by-step guide on how to monitor the redemption status of your recipients on your shop's dashboard
Access Your Account
- Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under the My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then select the specific shop you want to access.
Navigate to the Sent Gifts Section
- From the Shop's dashboard, go to the SENT GIFTS tab.
- Click on the order number for the specific order you want to view.
View Redemption Status
- On the order details page, you will see the list of recipients and their redemption statuses.
- To filter the recipient statuses, use the options to show NOT REDEEMED or REDEEMED.
