Have you redeemed your Shop Points or Shop Credits and are now wondering how to place an order? You're in the right place! This guide will help you navigate the process of using your redeemed points or credits to make a purchase. Follow the steps below to enjoy your shopping experience with your Stadium account.

Here's the process on How to Place an Order Using Redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your points/credits are gifted.

 Access Shops from Received Gifts 🎁

• In the Received Gifts section, you'll have access to the shops from which you have received gifts. 

• If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.
   

• Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

• If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your points and access the shop catalog.
• If you have already redeemed your points in the shop but want to continue the purchase, click the Continue Shopping button to access the shop catalog again.

Explore the Menu:

• After clicking the SHOP NOW button, you will be redirected to the Shops' Menu Page.

• To view the shop points available, shop points/credits gifted to you, just click the drop-down arrow next to TOTAL POINTS.

Add Items to Your Cart

• Click on the desired product to view its description.

• If you want to purchase the item, click the ADD TO BAG button to include it in your order.

View Bag and Checkout

• A small page will pop up with VIEW BAG and CHECKOUT options.
• Clicking View Bag will give you an overview of your order. You can Continue Shopping, Add or Remove Items from the bag, or Proceed To Checkout.

• Click the Checkout button to go to the checkout page.

Continue Shopping

• If you want to add more items, you can close the small pop-up and click BACK TO ALL PRODUCTS to go back to the menu.

• Once you're done choosing items, click on the bag icon to proceed to the checkout page.

Proceed to Checkout

• In the My Bag page, under "MY STADIUM FUNDS," click the check box for Shop Points.
• Once done, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• Set up your shipping address.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Peace of Mind Protection (Optional)

• Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Choose Shop Points/Credits as Your Payment Method 

• At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options. To redeem your Shop Points, simply select "Shop Points/ Shop Credits" as your preferred payment method.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Billing Note (Optional)

• Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.
• Click SAVE.

Finalize Your Order

• Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
   

Confirmation

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
