This article will guide you through the process of sending points of shop credits to your recipients.
If you already created your shop you may go directly to your Shop's dashboard. If you have not created a shop yet please follow the steps on this page [here].
Ready to start gifting?
Log In to Your Stadium Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.
Send Points or Send Shop Credits
- Click on SEND POINTS or SEND SHOP CREDITS
Allocate a Budget
- Enter your preferred order name and specify the number of recipients you have, as well as the budget per recipient. It's important to note that the budget won't be visible to your recipients and will automatically convert to points if you opt for this method. Shop credits will be displayed in your currency but you still have the option to choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
- Select where would like your recipients to redeem:

Stadium Points (can be used anywhere)
- Recipients will be directed to this shop but can spend points anywhere. They can also forward points.
- If you select this option, you won't be able to create an order with a Magic link.

Shop Points (can only be used in this shop)
- Points will be restricted to this shop only and cannot be forwarded.
- For this option, you will be able to use the Magic Link where you'll have the ability to share an open link to your recipients.
- This currency will always match with shop currency.

Stadium Points (can be used anywhere)
- Click NEXT to proceed to the next page
Select your Order Type
- Select an order type whether it's a Restricted Link or a Magic Link.
MagicLink™
If you don't have the email addresses of your recipients, you can enable MagicLink™ and share the link with your recipients. In this type of order, anyone can access your invitation link. However, you will have the ability to approve or deny redemptions later.
Please note that this option is only available if you have selected to send points/credits "Only in this Shop"
- To enable this click on MagicLink™
- If you already have the emails of some recipients you may add them during the order process. Email addresses added to the form a pre-approved.
- If you don't have their emails just click on the NEXT button. You will be able to approve or reject the orders later when your recipients redeem from the magic link.

Restricted Link
If you prefer the invitation link to be accessible only to specific recipients, you can add their email addresses or upload them later. Email addresses added to the form a pre-approved.
Add Recipients on Recipients Redeem Option
- You can enter their email address by selecting from your contact list, uploading a CSV, or you can input the email addresses manually.
Here are several ways to add people to your recipient list:
a. Input emails
- You can add the emails manually by clicking on INPUT EMAILS and entering the email addresses.
b. Upload a CSV
- You can add them all at once by uploading a CSV file. To get started, click on "ADD CSV" and then "Download Template" to get the right format. Once you are done filling out the CSV file you can upload and click on SUBMIT.
Select Recipients from Your Contact List
- Once you have added people to your contact list or if you already have existing contacts in your list. There are two ways to select recipients for your order:
a. Select Filters For Contacts: Use the provided filters to segment your employee list based on specific criteria.
b. Select Contacts Manually: Choose individual employees from your contact list.
- Once the recipient emails are added or selected, click NEXT to proceed.
Set up The Recipient Experience
Set up The Message
- Input the Sender Name and add a customized message for your recipients. You'll see a preview of your message on the right.
- Your recipients will see this message on the invitation email and the Recipient's Landing page.
Add a Video Message (Optional)
If you wish to elevate the recipient's redemption experience, you may also add a Video Message.
- Check the box to include a video message. Once your order is placed, email the video to hi@bystadium.com. Ensure the video meets the following:

Set up The Date of Invitation Links
- Choose when to send the invitation emails:
- You'll have three options for sending your invitation

- Send it immediately after payment
- Custom date for each recipient (ideal for birthdays) - For this option, make sure to download the CSV file, fill it out, and send it to hi@bystadium.com
- Send the link yourself

- Once done click on COMPLETE ORDER button
Select Payment Method
- Choose or add your preferred payment method from the options provided.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Add Billing Information
- Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Process Payment
- On the order summary page, click "PAY NOW."
A confirmation page with the order summary will appear, where you can do the following:
- download the invoice
- expand it to view the order summary
- copy the link or download the QR code
