If you have an incomplete gift order in your Stadium Shop that needs to be deleted, follow this simple guide to ensure it’s removed correctly.
Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting an Incomplete Order
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under the My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then select the specific shop you want to access.
Locate the Incomplete Order
- Once you're on the dashboard, click the SENT GIFTS tab.
- Find the incomplete order you wish to delete by looking under the STATUS column.
Delete the Incomplete Order
- Click on "DELETE INCOMPLETE ORDER" next to the specific order.
Confirm Deletion
- A confirmation window will appear, asking if you want to proceed with deleting the gift.
- Click the YES, DELETE button to confirm.
Receive Confirmation
- Once the deletion is successful, your dashboard will be updated.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top right corner of your screen.
