Want to ship swag items from your Stadium Swag Locker in bulk?  Requesting bulk shipments of pre-purchased items from your Stadium Locker inventory is a breeze!

Whether you need to ship pre-purchased swag items to a single location or multiple destinations for an event or conference, we've streamlined the process to make it easy and efficient. 

Here is a step-by-step guide on requesting a bulk shipment

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Navigate to "My Swag" page

• After logging in to your bystadium.com account, navigate to the "Sender" tab and select "My Swag".
  
  
  
  

Accessing Your Inventory

• Locate and click on the "Inventory" tab.
  
  
• Browse through your inventory to locate the specific item you wish to ship in bulk. You’ll be able to indicate multiple items later in the Typeform that you’ll fill out for your bulk shipment request.
  
  
  
  

Choose Swag Item

Option 1

• You can use the shortcut by clicking the three dots on the chosen swag and then clicking on Request Bulk Shipment.

Option 2 

• You can go to the product page by clicking the swag image.

• You'll be directed to the main page of the selected item.

• Once you've selected the desired item, click on the three dots located in the top right corner and select "Request Bulk Shipment" from the dropdown menu.
  
  

Fill Out Typeform

• You'll be directed to a Typeform where you need to provide the following information:

1. 1. Contact information.
   2. Stadium username (email address).
   3. Specify whether you want to ship the items to a single or multiple locations.
   4. List the item names and quantities (e.g., Notebook x10, Pen x10).
   5. Provide the delivery address(es) for your shipment.
   6. Include any additional notes such as delivery hours, special instructions, or an attention contact.
   7. Specify the required delivery date. Rush shipping fees may apply if needed urgently.
   8. Optionally, provide the name of your contact at Stadium, if applicable.
      
      
      

Confirmation

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation stating:

• An invoice will be prepared based on your request and sent via email.
• Swag orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
• The quoted price will be valid for 24 hours.
