Steps to Turn Off Thank You Messages for Your Automated Order
Log In to Your Account
- Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation

Locate the automation that contains the order you want to edit.

Click on the automation to open the Automation Dashboard.
Find and Edit the Specific Order

Scroll down to find the specific order number you wish to update.

Click VIEW ORDER on the right side of the order.
Access Settings
- On the Order page, click the three-dot icon (...) and then select "Thank You Message Settings".
Turn Off Thank You Messages
- On the Settings page, uncheck the box to turn off the Thank You Messages.
- A pop-up notification will appear in the upper right corner, confirming the update.
