Steps to Expire Your Automated Order
Log In to Your Account
- Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation

Locate the automation that contains the order you want to edit.

Click on the automation to open the Automation Dashboard.
Expire Specific Orders
There are two ways to initiate the expiration of an order in your automation.
Option 1: Expire the order via the Automation Dashboard
- Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the VIEW ORDER button.
- More options will appear; click on EXPIRE ORDER
Option 2: Download the Invoice via the Order Details Page
- Identify the order number of the order you want to check.
- Click on the VIEW ORDER button.
- From the Order details page, click on the three dots (...) to show more options.
- Click on Download Invoice(s).
Confirm Your Action
- Confirm your action to expire the order by clicking on the YES, EXPIRE ORDER button.
- Please note that all unredeemed points will be returned to your account as "Stadium Points".
Order Status Update
- On the Order details page, you will see a confirmation message after the expiration.
- The status will also change to EXPIRED.
- On the automation dashboard, the expired order will be moved to the bottom of the order list with the status updated to Expired.
You're all set! Your automation's order has been successfully expired.
