It's always a good idea to stay updated on your recipients' redemption status! By keeping an eye on their activity, you can effectively oversee your campaigns. This insight will definitely speed up your processes, whether you're confirming gift deliveries or ensuring orders are fulfilled.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to check who redeemed and have not redeemed their campaign treats:
Log in to Your Account
- Go to the bystadium.com and log in with your account credentials.
Go to Campaigns
- Once logged in, go to the navigation bar, and select the Sender option to view more options. Select Campaigns.
Access the Campaigns Dashboard
- On the My Campaigns page, click the campaign you want to check.
View Order
- You will be routed to that specific campaign's dashboard.
- Click on the order number or the VIEW ORDER button for the specific order you want to view
Check Recipient Redemption Statuses
- On the order details page, you will see the list of recipients and their redemption statuses.
- To filter the recipient statuses, use the options to show NOT REDEEMED or REDEEMED.
