Creating an Additional Wallet in your company Workspace allows multiple users to access and manage a shared pool of funds. Additional Wallets make it easy to collaborate on company gifting, rewards, and team recognition by giving authorized users access to the same Wallet balance.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Create an Additional Wallet in Your Company Workspace:
 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the company Workspace you want to manage.

Navigate to the Wallets Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Wallets Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.

Create an Additional Wallet

• Under the Wallet options, click on the “+ NEW WALLET” button.

Fill out the Wallet Form

• Enter a name for your Wallet.
• Choose your Wallet currency (e.g., USD, GBP, EUR, etc.).
• Add or select users who should have access to the Wallet (optional).

• Click “CREATE WALLET” to finalize the setup.

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear once your Additional Wallet is successfully created.
• Click “ADD FUNDS” if you want to start funding the Wallet immediately.
• Click “DONE” to close the confirmation message
