Here is a step-by-step guide on How to Manage the Low Funds Notification in your Default and Additional Workspace Wallets
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the company Workspace you want to manage.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Company Workspace Wallet
- If you are a Workspace owner, you can set up Wallet settings for your team to either your Default Workspace Wallet or any other Additional Wallet(s) you created.
If you are an admin or a sender, you will only have access to the Additional Wallet(s) that you personally created or were granted access to.
⚠️ Note: Only users with “Full Access” to the Additional Wallet can make changes to its settings, including configuring Auto Refill, Low Funds Alerts, and other Wallet management features.
Activating Low Funds Notification Directly from the Wallet Dashboard
- On the Wallet's page, click the SET UP button right next to Low Funds Alerts.

Setting Up Low Funds Alerts
Low Funds Alerts notify you by email when balances drop below a set amount. You can configure alerts for unallocated funds, allocated funds, and additional members.
✨Note: You can set up multiple alerts at the same time by selecting more than one checkbox.
Unallocated Balance Alert
Use this option to receive notifications when your unallocated balance falls below a specific amount.
Check Receive Notification under UNALLOCATED BALANCE.

Enter the dollar amount in the NOTIFY WHEN BALANCE IS BELOW field.
Example: Enter 20 USD to receive an alert when the balance drops below $20.
This alert will trigger an email notification once the balance reaches the set threshold.
Allocated Balance Alert
This option notifies you when your allocated balance drops below a defined amount.
Check Receive Notification under YOUR ALLOCATED BALANCE.

Enter the dollar amount in the NOTIFY WHEN BALANCE IS BELOW field.
Example: Enter 20 USD to receive an alert when the allocated balance is low.
An email notification will be sent when the balance falls below the entered amount.
Additional Member Balance Alert
Use this option to receive notifications for specific members when their balances are low.
Check Receive notification for additional members.
Select a member from the Select Member dropdown.
Enter the dollar amount in the Notify when balance is below field.
Click Add Additional to include more members if needed.
Repeat the steps above for each additional member you want to monitor.
Save or Cancel
Click SAVE to apply your Low Funds Alert settings.
Click CANCEL to exit without saving any changes.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will show, and you will be routed back to your Wallet dashboard.
- You will find that the Low Funds Alerts status has already been changed to LOW FUNDS ALERTS: EDIT
- A green status button will also appear, confirming that Low Funds Alerts has been successfully enabled.
Deactivating Low Funds Notification
- In your Wallet dashboard, click the EDIT button in the Low Funds Alerts section.
- Click on REMOVE NOTIFICATION.
- Once done, a confirmation message will show, and the status of Low Funds Alerts will change to SET UP.
