Want to design and manage your own branded swag through Stadium? This guide will show you how to create a new swag collection on the Swag Page, step-by-step. Whether you’re uploading your company logo, browsing mock-ups, or customizing branded merchandise, Stadium makes it simple to build collections that represent your brand perfectly.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a New Swag Collection on the Swag Page

Log In to Your Account:

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Swag page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Initiate Swag Collection Creation

• On the Swag page, click the +START DESIGNING button to create a new swag collection.

Upload Your Logo

A pop-up window will appear prompting you to upload or select a logo for your new collection.

You have three options to add a new logo:

Option # 1: SEARCH COMPANY URL

1. Type in the URL and press enter. The system will automatically pull the logo from the URL you provide.

2. Select your preferred Logo from the list of options.

3. Click "I am authorized to use this logo."

4. Click "CREATE COLLECTION."

Option # 2: UPLOAD FROM DEVICE

1. Click on "SEARCH LOCAL DEVICE."

Please ensure that it meets the following specifications when uploading your logo:

• • If possible, use a logo with a transparent background.
  • Accepted file types: SVG, PNG, JPEG, JPG.
  • Recommended dimensions: 20px x 14px.
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB.
    
    

2. After uploading your logo, click "I am authorized to use this logo."

3. Click "CREATE COLLECTION."

Option # 3: PREVIOUS UPLOADS

1. You can also use a logo that you've previously uploaded for your shops. Simply click "PREVIOUS UPLOADS" and select the logo you'd like to use from the list.
2. Don't forget to tick the box "I am authorized to use this logo."
3. Afterward, click the "CREATE COLLECTION" button.

Wait for Your Mock-Ups to Generate

• 
  You will receive a confirmation message saying "New mock-ups have been created" .
  
  

• A pop-up will show while your designs are being processed.

  • You can click GOT IT or close the pop-up while waiting.

View Your New Swag Collection

• After about 5–7 minutes, the collection status will change to DESIGN READY.

• Scroll down the page to view your swag mock-ups and explore your newly generated designs.

• Your new collection will also appear under SAVED DESIGNS for future access.

You’ve successfully created your new swag collection on Stadium. From here, you can browse, edit, or order custom-branded items to share with your team or event attendees.
