Editing and managing your swag catalog or menu is a key part of keeping your Stadium Swag Shop fresh and appealing. This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding branded swag, reviewing designs, and customizing your catalog to best suit your needs.

If you already have branded swag in your shop, follow these instructions to efficiently manage your swag shop and ensure it meets your branding and operational requirements.
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the shop is created.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Access Your Live Shops
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops.
Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
Navigate to the Branded Swag tab
- Go to the BRANDED SWAG tab and go to SAVED DESIGNS.
- Under the Available Swag list, look for the swag collection you wish to manage.
- Click on the VIEW ALL button to see all items in that swag collection.
- Alternatively, you can also click the drop-down arrow of the selected swag collection to expand the view.
- At the bottom, you will also see a VIEW ALL button.
Customizing Automated Designs
Customize Specific Products
If you want to make changes to a specific product, just click on the pencil icon to edit the product using the customizer.
⚠️Important Note: This option is only applicable to automated swag mock-ups, not the core swag collection designed by Stadium's swag design team.

Reviewing Designs and Requesting Changes
Review the Designs of your Swag Items
If you’d like to make edits to a core swag collection created by our design team, you can easily submit a request to our design team for assistance.
If you want to make changes, click on "REQUEST CHANGES FROM DESIGN TEAM".

Managing Multiple Logos
- If you have multiple branded merch items with different logos, you can manage them in your BRANDED SWAG tab by removing or adding them.

Adding and Removing Branded Swag Collections in Your Shop
Adding Swag Collections to the Catalog
- If you are satisfied with all the designs, click the three dots, then click "ADD ALL TO CATALOG"
Removing Swag Collections from the Catalog
- To remove all swag items from this swag collection:
- Click the three dots, then click "REMOVE ALL FROM SHOP CATALOG" for the corresponding logo.
- Confirm your action to remove all swag items sharing the selected swag collection from your shop.
Manage Products and Variants
Disabling or Enabling Certain Products and Color Variants
Once your swag mockups are generated, you can refine your collection by disabling or enabling specific products or color variants to better match your brand needs.
Enable/Disable Specific Colors 🎨
- A pop-up will appear, allowing you to enable the product and specific color variants (if available).

Each color will have a toggle switch:
On (Green)→ Active (color is available in your shop).
Off (Grey)→ Disabled (color will not appear in your shop).
- Preview the mock-ups for each color and enable the ones you wish to add to the shop catalog
- Once finished, click on SAVE 💾

After saving, you'll receive a notification in the top-right corner. The eye icon on the item will be enabled, and the selected colors will appear at the bottom of the mockup:
- Enabled colors are displayed on the left
- Disabled colors are shown on the right with an “X” indicator
Variants with the Same Color as Your Logo 🎯
To prevent printing issues, the system automatically detects color variants that match your logo color.
When enabling all color variants:
- Any variant with the same color as your logo will be automatically disabled 🚫
- This ensures your logo remains clearly visible on the product
Example: If you have a black logo, the black color variant will be disabled, even if you selected “Enable Product.”
You can:
- Manually enable these variants if you still want them included in your shop ✅
- Or leave them disabled and click SAVE 💾 to proceed
Manage Entire Product
Find the product tile you want to remove or add.
At the bottom of the tile, locate the Enable Product switch.
Disabling Entire Products/Colors ❌
Go to Enable Product and slide the switch to the off position to completely disable that product.

Click SAVE.
Disabled products will appear grayed out and with their eye icon with a slash mark. It will no longer be active in your shop.
Enabling All Colors/ Product🌈
- To enable all colors, just click on "Enable Product."
- Then, click SAVE 💾.
- Once added, you'll receive a notification in the top-right corner. The eye icon on the item will be enabled.
Save Your Changes
After making updates, click the SAVE button.
A confirmation message will appear at the top right.
Disabled items and color variants will no longer show in your Live Shop or Available Swag dashboard.
⚠️ Tip: You can re-enable products or variants anytime by toggling them back “on” and saving your changes.
Editing Your Swag Catalog
Once the branded merchandise has been added, you can further personalize your catalog.
Click the three dots, then click the "EDIT CATALOG" button.

On the EDIT MAIN CATALOG page, you can:
- Deselect items you want to remove from the menu.
- Select the items you want to display.
On EDIT FEATURED PRODUCTS;
- You can also edit the featured products or choose the default featured products.
