This guide explains how to send funds to one user or multiple users, manage wallet allocations, and track balance updates in your Shared Wallet. Whether you're assigning a budget, distributing rewards, or managing team spending limits, follow these steps to allocate funds quickly and securely.
Allocating funds properly ensures controlled spending, organized budgeting, and accurate transaction tracking within your workspace.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to allocate to individual users or multiple users in your Shared Wallet:
Navigate to the Wallets Page
- Click the Wallet icon or drop-down arrow in the top-right corner to expand the Wallet menu.
- Under CUSTOM WALLETS, you'll see options for your Shared Wallets.
- Select the Shared Wallet you wish to manage.
Allocating Funds to Multiple Users
Allocating funds to multiple users is ideal when you want to distribute the same amount to multiple users.
Initiate Fund Allocation
- Click on the ALLOCATE FUNDS button.
Select Users
- Use the search bar to locate specific email addresses.
- Tick the checkboxes for the users who need funds.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Enter Allocated Amount
- Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.
- Enter the allocation amount for each selected user.

Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional, but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed
Review Your Allocation
- Review the allocation details.
- Click SEND FUNDS to finalize the transfer.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.
- Click SHOW ALL to see a list of users who received funds.
- Click DONE to close the window.
Allocating Funds to Individual Users
This method is useful when assigning different amounts to specific users.
Choose the User
- Scroll to the Wallet Users section.
- Use the search bar or filters to quickly locate the user you want to allocate funds to.
Initiate Allocation
- Once you find the user, click on the card icon to initiate the funds allocation.
Enter Allocation Amount
- Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.
- Enter the allocation amount for the selected user.
- Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Your Allocation
- Verify the allocation details.
- Click SEND FUNDS to complete the transfer.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.
- Click DONE to close the window.
Checking Updated Balance
After confirming the allocation:
- You will be redirected to the Wallet page.
- The remaining balance will be displayed at the top.
- Under Wallet Users, you’ll see the newly allocated amounts for each user.
- The transactions are also recorded in your Shared Wallet's Wallet History section.
