Downloading "Thank You Messages" from your recipients is a great way to keep track of their appreciation.

Follow this step-by-step guide to view and download the messages from your Stadium Shop orders:

Access Your Account

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Access Your Order

• Navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab and click the order number for which you want to manage notifications.

Open 'Thank you message' Settings

• In the upper right-hand corner, click the three dots and then select Settings.

• Click on the View Messages option found in the right corner.

Download Thank You Messages

• On the Thank You Messages page, scroll through the messages from your recipients.
• To download the messages, click on the DOWNLOAD button.
