Managing notifications is essential to keep your inbox clutter-free. If you want to stop receiving email notifications for "Thank You Messages" from recipients of your Stadium Shops Gift Orders, follow these simple steps:

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to turn off "Thank You Messages" in your Shop's gift order.

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Access Your Order

• Navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab and click the order number for which you want to manage notifications.

Open 'Thank you message' Settings

• In the upper right-hand corner, click the three dots and then select Thank You Messages Settings.

Disable Email Notifications

• Uncheck the box that says "Receive email notifications for thank you messages."
