If you need to remove a recipient from your Stadium Shop order, this guide will walk you through the steps to update your recipient list quickly and correctly. Many users search for how to delete a recipient, edit a shop order, or remove someone who hasn’t redeemed their gift, so this article explains exactly where to find these options in your shop dashboard.
⚠️ Important Note: You can only remove recipients who have not redeemed their points or credits yet.

Steps guide on how to remove a recipient from your shop's order
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where your shop is created.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.
Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
Access the Sent Gifts Tab
- From your shop's dashboard, navigate to SENT GIFTS.
Filter Orders by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shop orders, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view orders created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the shop contains gift orders created by multiple users.

Go To Order Details Page
- Locate the order.
- Click on the VIEW ORDER from the SENT GIFTS tab to be routed to the Order's details page.
Navigate to Unredeemed Recipients
- Click on the NOT REDEEMED option to display the list of recipients who have not yet redeemed their gifts.
Remove Recipients
There are three options to remove recipients from your gift order.
Option 1: Removing All Unredeemed Recipients
- To remove all recipients who have not yet redeemed their gifts, click the REMOVE ALL button.
Option 2: Removing Multiple Recipients
- You can select multiple recipients if you want to remove multiple recipients at the same time.
- Tick the checkbox next to the email address of the recipient(s) you want to remove.
- Afterward, click on the REMOVE SELECTED button.
Option 3: Removing Individual Recipients
- Click on the REMOVE button next to the recipient's email icon to delete an individual recipient.
Confirm Removal
- A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click YES, REMOVE to proceed.
Completion Message
- Once the process is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the recipient(s) have been successfully removed from the order
- The list of recipients under "NOT REDEEMED" will also be updated
