Easily manage and update your live Stadium Shop's layout with our step-by-step guide. Whether you need to change your logo or refresh your top banner, our platform provides the flexibility for you to customize your Shop's layout. This can be easily done in your Shop's Dashboard.

Follow the steps below to make edits or modifications to a live Stadium Shop's Layout

Navigating to Your Shop's Layout Settings

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Navigate to Layout

• Go to the "LAYOUT" section, where you can edit or upload the shop's logo and top banner.

Adding or Editing Your Shop Logo

Add a Shop Logo

• Click on the (+) icon located in the logo section under Widgets.

• Upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
• Once uploaded, the preview on the right will also get updated.
• If you are satisfied with how it looks, click the checkbox on "I am authorized to use this logo" and then click SAVE CHANGES

Edit your Shop's Logo

• To edit the shop's logo, click on the pencil icon located in the logo section under Widgets.

• Upload your company's logo by searching the company URL, uploading from your device, or using a previously uploaded logo in your account.
• Once uploaded, the preview on the right will also get updated.
• If you are satisfied with how it looks, click the checkbox on "I am authorized to use this logo" and then click SAVE CHANGES

Remove your Shop's Logo

• To remove the shop's logo, click on the pencil icon located in the logo section under Widgets.

• On the pop-up window, click on I DON'T WANT TO USE A LOGO
• Once selected, the logo will be removed from the logo section.
• If you are satisfied with how it looks, click the checkbox on "I am authorized to use this logo" and then click SAVE CHANGES

Editing Your Shop's Top Banner

• To edit the Top Banner, click on the pencil icon located in the TOP BANNER section.

• You have the ability to customize the appearance of your shop banner by adjusting the banner background color, logo background, adding text, and more.

• If you have a pre-designed banner, you can upload one from your device, or you may use the pre-designed Top Banners from Stadium Library, just like in the example below.
   
  • Please note that using a pre-designed Top Banner from Stadium's Library only applies to the Top Banner. If you created a shop via Shop templates, the mid banner, bottom banner, banner messages, and themed swag collections will remain the same based on the original template.
     
• Once you are done updating it, the preview on the left will also get updated.
   

Save Your Changes

• If you are satisfied with the preview, click "SAVE CHANGES".

By following the steps outlined in this guide, you can effortlessly edit your live shop's logo and top banner, ensuring your shop always looks its best.
