If you want to request design changes for your Stadium shop, such as updating the shop layout, banners, branding, or visual design, this guide will walk you through the process. Stadium allows shop owners and Workspace admins to submit shop design change requests through the Pastel review tool directly from their shop dashboard. This article explains how to request shop layout updates, submit feedback on mockups, and send design change requests to the Stadium design team.

Here is the Step-By-Step Guide on How To Request Shop Design Changes

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the company Workspace you want to manage.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Shops Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your Shops page.

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Initiate a Design Change Request

• On the shop's dashboard, click the Request Changes link below the "SEND POINTS" button

Review the Instructions

After clicking Request Changes:

• Read the instructions carefully.

• Click CONTINUE to proceed to the design review tool.

Request Changes via Pastel Dashboard

• You will be routed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the changes you wish to request for your shop design.
   

Provide Feedback on Changes

• Enter your name and email address.

• Click on the area of the shop design you want to update.

• Add your comments or requested changes.

• If needed, attach files such as shop banners, images, or branding assets.

• Click POST COMMENT to save your feedback.

Complete the Review Process

• Once you've finished commenting on the products, click FINISH REVIEW.

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize your submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may add additional comments before clicking Submit Review to complete the process.

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen.

• To request more changes after submission, click Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and select Add another review.

Wait for Updated Mockups

Once your request is submitted:

• The Stadium design team will review your feedback.

• Updated mockups will be sent via email once revisions are completed.

• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the requests, with most taking up to 5 business days to return.
