Purchase Your Domain

Before setting up the custom domain for your shop, you’ll need to purchase one from a third-party domain provider.

Popular options include:

• GoDaddy
• Namecheap

Once purchased, keep your domain details accessible for configuration.

Prepare Your IT Team

Ensure your IT team is ready to assist with the necessary configurations for setting up your shop on your preferred domain or subdomain. Share this page with your IT team to involve them from the outset: 👉[link to page].

Customize Your Domain

If you've already purchased your domain, follow these step-by-step instructions to customize it for your shop:

• Start by creating your Stadium Shop using the guide provided 👉 [here]. This will walk you through setting up and customizing your shop.
   
• Once your shop is created, navigate to your Shop's dashboard. Find your shop's URL under the SETTINGS tab by going to the LINK & PRIVACY section. Click on the copy icon 🔗 found at the end of the Shop Link to copy it.
  
  
   
• Fill out the domain request form 👉[here], including your shop's URL. Provide accurate information to avoid delays. Alternatively, you can access the form under the SETTINGS tab, then go to CUSTOMIZATIONS and click on the ADD DOMAIN button.
  
  
   
• After submitting the form, our team will review your request. Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the necessary certificates and instructions for setting up your custom domain.

Completion and Timing

• Please note that the custom domain setup typically takes 4-5 working days. Upon receiving your credentials, you'll have 12 hours to implement the domain changes within your organization.
