What Are Pinned Shops? 📌

Pinned Shops allow admins to feature up to three shops on the Home Dashboard for all users within a Company Workspace.

This makes it easier for users to quickly discover and access important shops such as:

• Anniversary shops 🎉
• Birthday shops 🎂
• Special event stores 🛍️
   

🚀Pinned Shops help by:

• Improving visibility and accessibility of priority shops such as Anniversary, Birthday, or Event stores.
• Allowing teams to quickly find and access the shops that matter most.
• Driving higher engagement and smoother participation in company events.
   

Important: Action Required ❗

To pin or unpin shops, the Workspace owner's action is required.

Pinned Shops are not self-service and must be configured by the Stadium team.

How to Customize Pinned Shops on Your Home Page 🧭

Step 1: Prepare the Shop Links 🔗

• Identify the shops you want to pin
• Copy the direct links (URLs) of each shop. You may follow the steps in this article 👉 How To Get and Share Your Shop Link
• You can request up to three shops to be pinned

Step 2: Contact Stadium Support or Your CSM 💬

• Submit a request through the ✨Contact Us form
• Or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM)
• You can also use the chatbot for assistance
   

Step 3: Submit Your Request 📩

Include the following details in your request:

• Shop link(s) you want to pin
• Name of the Workspace where the shops should appear

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation ⏳

• The Stadium team will process your request
• Once completed, your pinned shops will appear on your Home Dashboard
