🛠️ How to Verify Your CNAME Record

To verify your shop CNAME record:

1. Go to https://www.nslookup.io/ (or a similar DNS lookup tool).
   
   
2. In the Domain name field, enter your custom domain (e.g., swag.arcade.com).
   
   
3. Click the Find DNS records button.
   
   
4. In the search results, look under CNAME records.
   
   
5. You should see a record that points to: eshop.bystadium.com.
   
   
   

✅ What to Do if It’s Correct

• If the CNAME record is showing correctly, you’re all set—just let us know, and we’ll complete the setup on our end.

❌ What to Do if It’s Not Pointing Correctly

• If it’s not pointing to eshop.bystadium.com, please double-check your DNS settings or contact your IT team to correct it before reaching out.

🔍 How to Verify Domain Ownership CNAME Record

After you create the CNAME record(s) for domain ownership verification (Step 6), you can confirm they have been set up correctly:

1. Go to https://www.nslookup.io/ (or a similar DNS lookup tool).
   
   
2. In the Domain name field, enter the specific CNAME name we shared with you.
   
   
   • (Example: _abc123.swag.arcade.com)
     
     
3. Click the Find DNS records button.
   
   
4. In the results, ensure the CNAME record points to the CNAME value provided in our instructions we shared with you.
   
   
   • (Example: _xyz456.acm-validations.aws.)
     
     

✅ If the Record Matches

• No further action is needed. We’ll complete the SSL certificate validation on our end.
  
  

❌ If It Doesn’t Match

• If not, please update your DNS settings before notifying us to avoid delays in SSL certificate issuance..
