Welcome to your guide on editing your Stadium Shop catalog. Whether you want to update product selections or feature new items, managing your shop's catalog is simple and efficient.

Here are the steps on how you can edit the catalog of your Shop:

Accessing Your Shop's Catalog

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Editing the Shop Catalog

Edit Shop Catalog

• Navigate to the "SHOP CATALOG" tab and then select "EDIT CATALOG."

Choose a Country

• Pick a specific country catalog you want to edit. 

• You may also choose "All Countries" if you wish to edit the catalog for all countries at once.

How to Hide or Show Products

Hide or Show Individual Products

• Navigate to the specific category.
• Click the drop-down arrow next to your selected category to show its subcategories.

• Choose a section within the category.

• Use the checkboxes to select or deselect products in your Stadium Shop. 
  • Selecting the product means that it will show in the catalog. 
  • Deselecting it will hide the product in the catalog
• Click "SAVE CHANGES" to apply your edits.

Hide Out Of Stock Items

• You will be able to see OUT OF STOCK items, which you can hide in your catalog.
• Deselect individual items to hide them. Only the selected products will show in your catalog.
• Don't forget to click the SAVE CHANGES button.

Hide or Show Items in Bulk

• Use "DESELECT ALL" or "SELECT ALL." to show or hide all items from a category or subcategory.
• Click "SAVE CHANGES" to update the catalog.

View Selected Items in Bulk

• If you want to see all the selected items in a certain category, just click the check box on VIEW SELECTED PRODUCTS

Using Filters

• Utilize filters to streamline your selection process, whether by price, points, or other criteria.

• To filter by points or credits. Click Select Range and navigate the scroll bar to the desired amount or enter a specific amount.
   

• Filter items based on Decoration Methods, Dietary Restrictions, Color, Attributes, and Size.

• If you wish for all items to come in a Stadium box, you may select the "Ship From Stadium Warehouse" option. This is ideal if you do not want your recipients to order items that come from third-party vendors and do not wish for them to have multiple shipments.
   
• Don't forget to click the "SELECT ONLY PRODUCTS WITHIN FILTERS" button to save the changes
   

Editing Categories

Edit Categories

• If you want to remove or show specific categories from your Stadium Shop's menu, click on the specific category.
   

• To hide or show the category, click "DESELECT ALL" or "SELECT ALL."

• Select the categories you want to disappear or select the categories you want to appear in the menu and click "SAVE CHANGES".

Editing Featured Products

Change Featured Products:

• You can also change the featured products on your Featured page.
• Just click on EDIT FEATURED PRODUCTS and choose from the options: Stadium's Pick, Popular Items, Seasonal Items, Pick My Own, or you may also Remove the featured products in your catalog.

Pick My Own:

• If you want to choose individual items on your Featured Page, click on the "Pick My Own" option.
• Utilize the search bar or browse via categories to find your desired items.
• You can also rearrange the items by dragging the photo to change the order.
• Select the items you want to add to the list, and just deselect or click the X icon to remove them.
• Don't forget to click SAVE CHANGES after choosing the items or before switching to another subcategory.

Preview the Edited Catalog

• To preview how it looks in the catalog, just click the VIEW IN SHOP button.
