Wondering how to customize the points or currency in your shop? This guide will walk you through the process.

✨ Custom Point Conversion Requirements:

The Custom Point Conversion feature is included in the Enterprise package. You can explore this feature with a 30-day free trial by creating a company Workspace.

To continue using the custom point conversion after the trial:

• Ensure the Enterprise package is purchased and activated

Once your company Workspace is activated, follow these steps to set up Custom Point Conversion for your Stadium Shop:

Custom Point Conversion Setup Guide

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Access Your Shop's Settings

• Navigate to your shop's settings and select the "Customizations" tab to begin.
• Within the "Customizations" section, locate and click on "Add Currency" to initiate the setup process.

Create New Currency

Input New Currency Details

• A pop-up window will appear where you can specify the name of your custom currency, a three-letter abbreviation, and the conversion rate per dollar. Enter these details and click "SAVE CURRENCY" to confirm.

Confirmation Message

• Upon successful setup, a confirmation message will appear at the top right of your screen, confirming that your custom currency has been successfully added.

Viewing Your Custom Currency

• You can review the active status and details of your custom currency. For example, if you've set up a currency named "Coins" with a conversion rate where 1 USD equals 50 CNS, it will be displayed accordingly.

Edit Currency (Optional)

Initiate Currency Edit

• Should the need arise, you can edit your currency details later to accommodate changing requirements or preferences.
• On the CUSTOMIZATIONS section, click on EDIT CURRENCY under Custom Point Conversion.

OPTION 1: USE SAVED CURRENCIES

If you’ve previously created currencies, you can quickly select one:

• Click the dropdown under Your Saved Currencies
• Select your preferred currency
• Click SAVE to apply changes

OPTION 2: ADD A NEW CURRENCY

If you want to create a new custom currency, you can manually enter the details.

To create a new custom currency:

• Enter the Currency Name
• Add a 3-letter abbreviation (e.g., USD, EUR, CNS, TKN, etc.)
• Set the conversion rate per dollar
• Click SAVE to apply changes

Preview Your Shop Menu

• To see your changes in action, click on "VIEW SHOP" to preview your shop menu with the updated currency. This ensures that your custom point conversion seamlessly integrates into the shopping experience.
