Steps to Find Your Kits Sent Gift Orders

Navigate to the Kits & Items Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Kits & Items
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.

Select Live Kit

• On the Kits & Sent Items page, click the LIVE kit you want to check.

Filter Kits by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

• If you have permission to access and manage shared kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits created by other users in your company Workspace.

Access the Kit Dashboard

• You'll be directed to the kit dashboard. Navigate to SENT GIFTS to locate all the orders sent using this kit.

Search and Filter Orders

• Use the Search bar to look for orders via name or order number.

Filter Orders by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared kit orders, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view orders created by specific users within your company Workspace.

💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the kit contains gift orders created by multiple users.

View Order Details

• To check the details of a specific order, click View Order for the desired order.

After clicking on View Order, you will be redirected to the order dashboard, where you can find the details and settings of your order, including the recipient's list, recipient landing page message, thank you messages, and uploading custom notes or branded box assets (if applicable to the order).
