Adding recipients to your live Kits order is easy and can be done directly from your Kit's order dashboard. Follow these steps to invite new recipients to your live Kit order:

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Recipients
Log In
- Visit Stadium and log in to your account.
Navigate to the Kits Dashboard
- Once logged in, click the left arrow from the left navigation bar to view more options.
- Select Kits & Items.
Access the Kits Dashboard
- On the Kits dashboard, select the Kit you wish to add more recipients
Access the Kits Order Dashboard
- On the Kits dashboard, go to the SENT GIFTS tab.
- Click on the active order to expand the drop-down menu and then click on ADD RECIPIENTS.
Or Open the Order Details Page
- Alternatively, you can also click on VIEW ORDER button to go to the order details page.
From the order details page, click on the ADD RECIPIENTS button
Adding Recipient(s) Only For Available Seats (no extra seats)
Enter Recipient Details
- If you are only adding recipients to available seats, DO NOT enter a quantity in the recipient quantity field to avoid being charged for extra seats.
- Enter the email addresses of your recipients.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Send Invitation Email
- Choose whether you want to send or skip the invitation email to the recipient, then click NEXT.
Confirmation
- A notification will be displayed indicating that the recipient has been added
Check Recipient Status
- The added recipients will now appear in the NOT REDEEMED list on your order dashboard.
Adding Recipients and Purchasing Extra Seats (If Needed)
Adding Recipients When Available Seats Are Not Enough
- If the total number of recipients exceeds available seats, you will need to purchase additional seats.
Adjust the Recipient's Quantity
- The system will show an error message:
"Total recipient count should match with the extra recipients added."
- To proceed, enter the number of extra seats in the RECIPIENT QUANTITY field.
Adding Recipients When No Seats Are Available
- If no seats are available, enter the total number of additional recipients to match the number of emails added.
- The system will update and display the number of extra seats required for payment.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Send Invitation Email
- Select whether you want to send or skip the invitation email to the recipient, then click NEXT.
Process Payment
- Select an existing payment method or add a new one.
- Click PAY NOW to complete the transaction.
Confirmation Message
- A confirmation message will appear indicating that the recipient's email has been successfully added. On this page, you will also have the option to download your order invoice and view the payment breakdown.
Check Recipient Status
- The newly added recipients will now be listed under NOT REDEEMED.
