If you need to track or analyze order details for a specific kit order in your Stadium account, downloading an order report is the best way to access this information. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step, ensuring you can quickly retrieve order details for recipient redemptions.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to download a report for a specific kit order:

Navigate to the Kits & Items Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Kits & Items
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.

Access the Kits & Sent Items Dashboard

• On the Kits & Sent Items page, click the LIVE kit you want to check.

Filter Kits by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

• If you have permission to access and manage shared kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits created by other users in your company Workspace.

View Sent Orders

• You will be routed to that specific kit's dashboard.
• Navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab.
• Search for the order that you wish to access.

• Click on the order number or the VIEW ORDER button for the specific order you want to view

Initiate Order Report Download

• In the Order Details page, click on the three-dot menu to reveal more options.
• Select Download Order Report.
  • Alternatively, go to the Recipients section and click the REPORT button

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.
  
  

• Click Download to generate and retrieve your report.
