Need to download an invoice for your Kits & Send Items order? Whether you’re reconciling expenses, managing budgets, or keeping records for your team, accessing your order invoice is quick and easy. This guide walks you through each step to find and download your kit's order invoice directly from your Kit’s Order Dashboard, ensuring you have all your documentation ready whenever you need it.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to download the invoice for your Kits & Send Items gift order.

Navigate to the Kits & Items Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Kits & Items
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.

   Access Kits & Send Items Home Page

    

   • You'll be directed to your Kits & Sent Items home page, where you should see the kit you created.

Filter Kits by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

• If you have permission to access and manage shared kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits created by other users in your company Workspace.

Access Kit's Dashboard

• On the kit's dashboard, go to "SENT GIFTS," then click the drop-down arrow on the order you wish to check to see more options.

Download Invoice

• Finally, click on "DOWNLOAD INVOICE" to download the invoice for the selected order.

• On the pop-up window, you can search for the invoice you wish to download by entering the transaction number.
• Click on the download icon to download the selected invoice.
