If you have permission to access and manage shared Kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits and sent gift orders created by other users in your company Workspace.
π‘The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Kit contains gift orders created by multiple users.
Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How To Filter Filter Kits & Send Items by Owner
π¦Go To Kits & Items Page
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the swag kit is created.
Go to Kits & Items:

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( Λ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( Λ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Kits & Items
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.
π€ Filter Kits by Owner
If you have permission to access and manage shared kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose kits you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the userβs name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the kits created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
π€ Filter Sent Gifts by Sender
Follow these steps to filter sent gifts by a specific user:
Step 1: Open Sent Gifts π€
- Select the Kit you want to review.
- Click the Sent Gifts tab.
Step 2: Apply Sender Filter π§©
- Click the dropdown next to FILTER
- In the filter modal, find the OWNED BY section
- Select the user(s) you want to filter by.
- You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific user.
- If needed, you can also filter by order status to view orders with a specific status.
Step 3: Apply Filters β
- Click APPLY FILTERS to update the results.
Once applied, only the sent gifts associated with the selected user(s) will be displayed π―
Manage Kits Gift Orders βοΈ
If you have Full Access or are an owner, you can manage orders created by other users.
π Manage Orders from the Sent Gifts Dashboard
You can:
- Expire the order β³
- Download the order invoice π
- Copy the invitation link π
- Add recipients to the order β
π Manage Orders from the Order Details Page
From the Order Details page, you can:
- βοΈ Edit the Order Name β Rename your gift order for better tracking
- π¬ Edit Recipient Message β Update the message that recipients will see
- π View Recipient Tracking β Check the status of gift redemptions
- π¨Upload Customization - If you haven't added customizations such as Branded Box Sticker and Custom Printed Note during the order setup, you can upload them in the order details page
- π Check Recipient Redemption Status β See which recipients have redeemed or not redeemed their gifts
- π Copy Invite Link or Download QR Code β Resend invitations to recipients
- π Check and Manage Thank You Messages β View, edit, or disable thank-you messages
- π Download the Invoice β Get a copy of your order invoice
- π Download the Recipient Report β Access a report of all recipients and their redemption status
- ββ Add or Remove Recipients β Modify your recipient list as needed

β³ Expire the Order β Close the gift order if itβs no longer needed
