Steps to Find Your Kits Sent Gift Orders

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Go to Kits & Sent Items:

• Once logged in, go to the navigation bar, and select the Sender option to view more options. Select Kits & Sent Items.
  

Choose the Desired Kit

• From the list of kits displayed, choose the specific kit you want to check the sent orders for by clicking its name.

Access the Kit Dashboard

• You'll be directed to the kit dashboard. Navigate to SENT GIFTS to locate all the orders sent using this kit.

Search and Filter Orders

• Use the Search bar to look for orders via name or order number.
• Filter the orders in your order dashboard by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the Filter button and selecting the order status.

View Order Details

• To check the details of a specific order, click View Order for the desired order.

After clicking on View Order, you will be redirected to the order dashboard where you can find the details and settings of your order, including the recipient's list, recipient landing page message, thank you messages, and uploading custom notes or branded box assets (if applicable to the order).
