Whether you’re sending branded swag or curated kits, adding a custom note and branded sticker to your live kit order on Stadium helps create a memorable unboxing experience. This step-by-step guide will show you how to easily upload your custom note and branded sticker, ensuring your recipients receive gifts that truly reflect your brand.

Steps to Upload a Custom Note and Branded Sticker to Your Live Kit Order

Navigate to the Kits & Items Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Kits & Items
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.

Select the Live Kit

• On your Kits & Sent Items page, choose the LIVE Kit associated with the gift order.

Filter Kits by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

• If you have permission to access and manage shared kits, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view kits created by other users in your company Workspace.

Access the Kit's Dashboard

• In the specific Kit dashboard, go to the SENT GIFTS tab and locate the order where you added additional customizations.
• Click on the VIEW ORDER button.

Upload Customizations

• On the Gift Order's dashboard, you'll find options to modify the initial customizations
• Click on the UPLOAD IMAGE button for Branded Box Sticker and ADD CUSTOM NOTE for Custom Printed Notes.

Branded Box Sticker

• Upload your branded box sticker asset and ensure to follow the requirements below to avoid any delays in shipping your boxes.
• Requirements: The file must be 11 x 4 inches and no more than 5MB. 

Custom Printed Note

Option 1: Upload image. 

• Upload your personalized note file, then SAVE.
• Requirements: The file must be 1056 x 1630 px and no more than 5 MB.

Option 2: Write a note

• Enter the message you want to add in the box provided, then click SAVE.

Confirm Changes

• After making changes, you will be redirected to the Gift Order's dashboard, and the customizations will now show with a green check icon.
• You may also edit the images, but please note that if the boxes were already shipped, the previous image you uploaded will be used for printing the customizations.
