Expire your Kit Gift Orders easily from your Kit's order dashboard! This guide provides straightforward, step-by-step instructions to help you expire your kit order efficiently, ensuring your inventory and records are up-to-date. Whether you're looking to manage your orders more effectively or simply need to close an active order, we've got you covered.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to expire a kit gift order:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Go to Kits & Send Items

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Kits & Items
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.
Select the Kit
- On your Kits dashboard, choose the LIVE Kit associated with the Gift Order
Select the Order
There are two ways to expire the kit order
Option 1: Via the Sent Gifts Dashboard
- Click on SENT GIFTS.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the VIEW ORDER button, and then select the EXPIRE ORDER button.
Option 2: Via the Order details page
- Locate your order and click on VIEW ORDER.
- On the order details page, click on the three dots (...) and select Expire Order
Confirm Expiration
- A pop-up will appear. Click on Yes, Expire Order to complete the process.
- Please note that all unredeemed amounts will be returned to your account as Stadium Points.
- You will then be routed back to the Kit's dashboard, where you will see that the order status is expired. You are all set!
